About the role
- Lead and coordinate GIS solutions for a variety of projects
- Manage quality assurance/quality control for client deliverables
- Assess best practices for GIS product deployment
- Lead the advancement of Arcadis's Digital Initiative by leveraging ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise
- Develop new and improve existing GIS technologies/methodologies and workflows
- Provide guidance and mentorship for career growth and development for a team of approximately 30 GIS professionals
- Support business development by developing GIS strategies and identifying GIS solutions for client needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Sciences, Geographic Information Systems, Urban Planning, or a related field
- 10+ years of GIS experience, including demonstrated expertise with ESRI products
- 3+ years' experience leading a team of GIS practitioners
- Ability to communicate effectively with company leadership, staff, and client colleagues.
