About the role
- assisting Project Managers (PMs) and Task Managers (TMs) in planning and executing environmental site characterization, investigation, and remediation tasks
- conducting and documenting field work including soil, groundwater, and/or vapor sampling in the field
- coordinating with and overseeing the work of subcontractors
- writing portions of technical reports, work plans, letters, and memoranda to support project teams
- office work may include task coordination, data compilation and interpretation, cost estimates, health & safety plan preparation support, report writing support, regulatory file review support, proposal support, and subcontractor management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s of Science in Geology, Engineering, or closely related field (i.e., environmental, biological, physical science)
- Current OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER training
