About the role
- Serve as an owner’s representative
- Ensure projects adhere to client requirements and business goals
- Develop and drive project plans
- Manage cross-functional teams
- Coordinate activities within project timelines
- Responsible for all project phases: planning, design/preconstruction, procurement, construction, and closeout
- Manage a team of project professionals
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance oversight for direct reports
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and PMIS systems
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field.
- PMP or CCM Certification
