About the role
- Support the implementation and maintenance of project controls procedures, workflows, and tools across the Hudson Tunnel Project (HTP).
- Assist in updating and maintaining project tracking systems, including the “lessons learned” register and master issues log.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports and dashboards that monitor schedule, cost, risk, change, and document management performance.
- Provide quality assurance support for project controls data and reporting outputs, ensuring accuracy and consistency with GDC standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project controls activities are aligned with the HTP Project Management Plan (PMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Participate in the configuration and use of the Project Management Information System (PMIS), supporting data entry, reporting, and access control.
- Assist in the coordination of updates to the HTP PMP and supporting plans as project activities evolve.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant internship or project experience will be considered.
- Entry-level experience or academic background in project controls, engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with project tracking tools and reporting systems.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with PMIS platforms is a plus.
