Lead project teams to accomplish task assignments related to highway projects.
Project roles include planning development; urban and rural roadway design; freeway and interchange design; rights of way coordination and management; and public safety, all with a focus on quality.
Full client engagement and responsibility for all aspects of project pursuit and development.
Ability to lead and manage all phases of a project.
Develop project scopes and budgets, interfacing with and maintenance of clients, and development of project plans and schedules.
Assist as needed on other projects assigned and work with other Arcadis offices as needed.
Interpersonal and client facing responsibilities will include excellent, clear, and concise, oral and written communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to coordinate meetings, resources, and presentations.
Adhere to Arcadis' practices including quality and safety standards.

Requirements

7+ years of progressive highway (GDOT or Georgia local municipality) design or project management experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field
Experience working in and leading multi-disciplinary teams
10+ years of progressive highway (GDOT or Georgia local municipality) design experience, including 3+ years of PM experience on GDOT projects (preferred)
Georgia PE license or ability to obtain (preferred)
PMP (preferred)
Active participation in regional and/or national professional associations. (preferred)
