About the role

  • Discovery mindset: Ability to investigate problems before proposing technical solutions;
  • Agile development: Familiarity with low-code automation tools and digital portals (Power Platform, SharePoint);
  • Data-driven monitoring: Use of concrete metrics, leveraging data cross-referencing to validate the effectiveness of internal processes and audits;
  • Multidisciplinary coordination: Ease in liaising between corporate guidelines and the development of digital solutions for business areas;
  • Innovation and governance mindset: Work synergistically with the Innovation team to absorb and apply best practices, ensuring projects and tools run in full compliance with Arcadis' governance guidelines.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree completed or in the final year of study;
  • Software knowledge: Microsoft Office 365 suite, Power Platform;
  • Technical knowledge: Web development / Low-code development / Automations;
  • English: Intermediate/Advanced;
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model.
