About the role

  • Contribute to communications activities and participation processes: You assist in preparing, supporting and implementing participation measures, e.g., information events for different target groups
  • Analysis and research: You support the team with stakeholder and context analyses as well as research into relevant legal frameworks and current topics
  • Data maintenance and documentation: As part of permitting and participation procedures, you contribute to the preparation of reports and templates
  • Support clients in complying with conditions and regulatory requirements
  • Day-to-day project work: You assist with concept and proposal processes, procurement, and invitation and information management.

Requirements

  • Whether you are enrolled in a Bachelor's, Master's or Diploma program — if you're eager to work on real projects and learn, you're welcome to apply!
  • This role is particularly suitable if you are studying one of the following subjects: Geography; urban and regional planning; environmental or sustainability sciences; natural sciences; engineering; spatial planning; communication studies; media or PR; political science; social sciences; or sociology
  • Interest in communications, energy topics, environmental issues, sustainability and/or mobility — prior experience is a plus but not required
  • Good MS Office skills and enjoyment of organizing and driving topics forward, as well as working carefully and accurately
  • Self‑initiative, reliability and team spirit
  • Very good German and English language skills
