About the role

  • To provide advanced opportunity and pursuit support by managing more complex submissions, ensuring compliance with client requirements, and enabling business growth through timely, accurate, and strategic handling of procurement, sales activities, framework portals and other channels.
  • Monitoring all sales enquiries via e-mail and procurement portals
  • Monitor agreed websites and portals for Sales and opportunities using predefined parameters.
  • Distribute opportunity and pursuit information to relevant stakeholders in accordance with agreed criteria.
  • Maintain opportunity and sales database and follow up pursuit of opportunities.
  • Maintain database and update corporate data within procurement portals.
  • Conduct high level overview of opportunity and compile summary of core data.
  • Uploading clarifications, expression of interests, and final bids through various client portals and e-mail channels
  • Respond to and resolve enquiries, judging when to escalate complex queries
  • Answer routine sales and procurement queries
  • Assist and co-ordinate monthly MI sales returns
  • Provide trainings to associates when needed
  • Supports process improvement
  • Collaborate with pursuit leaders in securing opps
  • Other administrative duties as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Two to three years experience in bids, proposals, or sales support in a professional services environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Strong understanding of procurement portals, frameworks, and bid compliance requirements.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent business English, both written and oral
  • Ability to handle multiple confidential/private information and tasks at any given time
  • Sound experience working in sales support (will consider administrative support experience)
  • Experience working in a professional services firm
  • Advanced organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail, with strong quality assurance focus.
  • Proactive and solutions-driven, with ability to anticipate challenges.
  • Team player · Good time management and self-management skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Demonstrate excellent prioritizing and organizational skills to manage workload
  • Can work independently or with minimum supervision
  • Ability to champion continuous improvement and share best practices across the team.
