About the role
- Prepare plans, specifications and estimates (under the supervision of a licensed civil engineer) for transportation projects including street improvements, pedestrian, bicycle and transit facilities.
- Prepare traffic analysis reports using Sychnro software and spreadsheet applications.
- Perform basic administrative and routine engineering technical tasks as necessary.
- Prepare technical memos and exhibits related to transportation projects.
- Update and monitor projects using project management software, ARCADIS project controls programs, and other programs as required.
- Demonstrate proficient use of Microsoft Office software, AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microstation.
- Perform field inspection of project areas.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Demonstrate proficient use of Microsoft Office software as well as AutoCAD and Microstation
- Engineer in Training-State Issued preferred
