About the role
- Implement and deploy Environmental, Health, Safety, or Sustainability (EHS&S) software and tools
- Strategic planning, design, system configuration, training and rollout of software and tools
- Support selection, configuration, implementation, and sustainment of EHS and sustainability management information systems
- Engage in all life cycle stages of project execution including configuration, integration, training, rollout, support, maintenance, enhancement, and improvements
- Draft and publish system design documents and design specifications
- Configure technical specifications and components within solutions and commercial off-the-shelf EHS&S software (Enablon, Intelex, Cority, Sphera)
- Analyze and migrate data; develop custom reports, dashboards, and automated interfaces
- Conduct application testing and quality inspections
- Interact and communicate with clients as needed for implementation
- Create project documentation including quality assurance and testing templates and training guides
- Work in teams and independently on tasks as part of overall project execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, IT related degree and/or background in the Environmental Data Management
- Prior internship or related work experience (preferred)
- Experience with data management (preferred)
- Effective client communication skills
- Passion for sustainability and technology
- Exposure to or experience with environmental software or technical field of studies
- Ability to travel periodically
