About the role
- Apply technical engineering techniques and methods using international design standards such as UK, US, and Middle East Mechanical Design Codes.
- Prepare drawing markups and other design related documents.
- Oversee the project's detailed design and calculation.
- Supervise the design and drawing markup processes.
- Conduct internal review and quality checks of engineering drawings and design calculations to ensure compliance with the project's requirements.
- Deliver technically complete design documentation, summary reports and technical reports for Design Managers.
- Resource and develop skills and knowledge base of Design, Assistant and Graduate Engineers assigned to projects.
Requirements
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
- Licensed Registered Mechanical Engineer (RME).
- 8 to 10 years minimum relevant post-graduate experience.
- Excellent mathematical skills applied in engineering calculations.
- Knowledgeable in AUTOCAD, REVIT, Navisworks and BIM environment.
