About the role
- Assisting Project Managers (PMs) and Task Managers (TMs) with developing technical scopes of work and cost estimating for proposals on project opportunities
- Perform field work (up to 25%) with a focus on health and safety in various climate and geographies
- Assisting geotechnical engineering team in evaluations of existing and proposed conditions in geotechnical modelling software for design and construction
- Assisting geotechnical team with reduction of field data for engineering evaluations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s of Science in Civil, Geotechnical, Environmental or Structural Engineering or closely related field
- EIT Certification
- MS in Civil, Geotechnical, Environmental or Structural Engineering or closely related field (preferred)
- Relevant coursework in Hydrology, Fluvial Geomorphology and/or Rosgen training courses (preferred)
- Experience in Office 365 (e.g., Excel)
- Experience with Finite-Element Modelling (FEM) programs (e.g., GeoStudio Slope/W and Seep/W) (preferred)
- Experience with Bentley Systems OpenGround (preferred)
- 40-hour HAZWOPER (preferred)
