About the role

  • Develop process automation solutions using the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI), integrating other technologies and languages when necessary to deliver stable, reliable and effective solutions;
  • Provide support and maintenance for previously developed applications, automated flows and dashboards;
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement processes by proposing optimizations for automations, applications and data models;
  • Work collaboratively with other developers and analysts to refine solutions and define best practices; gather requirements from users, understand business needs and identify new features and automation opportunities;
  • Keep technical documentation for applications, flows, integrations and dashboards organized and up to date;
  • Provide end-user support, assisting with incident resolution and proper use of the developed solutions;
  • Research, evaluate and recommend new tools, features and best practices, as well as integrations and services that contribute to the evolution of digital solutions.

Requirements

  • Required academic background: degrees in data science, information technology, computer science or similar are most aligned with this role, but candidates from all academic backgrounds are welcome.
  • Language skills: intermediate English; basic Spanish.
  • Specific software knowledge: Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI, plus development support tools such as Figma and other commonly used tools for development, documentation and version control, including integrations with SharePoint, SQL and Power Platform connectors.
  • Technical knowledge: theoretical and practical experience with the Power Platform, focusing on Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI; experience in front-end and back-end application development, including building interfaces in Power Apps, business logic, automations, integrations and data consumption; understanding of programming logic, algorithms and data structuring applied to information modeling and automations; familiarity with Power Platform connectors, expressions and functions, and integrations with external services, APIs and data sources; problem-solving skills and logical/analytical thinking for diagnosing and fixing issues in applications, flows and reports; collaborative mindset with strong verbal and written communication skills to work closely with technical teams and business areas.
  • Differential / nice-to-have: knowledge of other programming languages (R, Python and SQL); knowledge of HTML; basic understanding of Azure or other cloud services.
