About the role
- Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to division managers, partnering with leaders to understand business needs and deliver effective talent strategies.
- Provide expert guidance to managers and employees on performance management, professional development, coaching, counseling, career progression, and, where necessary, disciplinary actions.
- Collaborate closely with management and staff to strengthen working relationships, foster a positive team culture, build morale, and drive productivity and retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR) preferred.
- More than 5 years of progressive experience in managing full-cycle recruitment in corporate, consulting, or agency environments.
- Background in advising on performance management, employee relations, and professional development.
- Familiarity with workforce planning, employer branding, and analyzing talent market data.
- Experience with coaching, mentoring, or overseeing junior team members.
- Exposure to international or multi-regional recruitment (preferred).
- Experience in the engineering, architecture, or professional services sectors (preferred).
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR policies.
- Experience with digital recruitment tools, social media sourcing, and recruitment analytics.
- Project management experience related to talent acquisition initiatives.
