About the role
- Report directly to the Southeast Resilience Water Area Leader
- Lead established teams to execute project backlogs
- Collaborate with other Area Managers and various organizational parts
- Oversee people management activities
- Engage with Tennessee and Alabama client account teams for business development
- Drive business growth strategy across Tennessee and Alabama
- Provide leadership for operational performance of Water staff
- Negotiate critical issues with clients and oversee various projects
Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in water / wastewater / stormwater project management, design management, business operations, or related.
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering in Civil, Environmental, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
- P.E. License
- Strong client relationship skills with a successful track record of delivering engineering projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Strong project management experience on municipal water, wastewater, or stormwater projects of various sizes.
- Strong people management and mentoring skills.
- Excellent technical engineering skills with clear and concise written and oral communication skills.
