About the role

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to assigned leaders, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and manage shared inboxes, flagging priority items, responding where appropriate, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Prepare and format reports, presentations, and documents in line with company standards; assist with data entry and basic analysis in Excel.
  • Maintain and update team trackers, dashboards, and documentation to support project tracking and business reporting.
  • Organize and manage documents and resources using SharePoint or other internal systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Support meeting coordination including agenda creation, minutes, follow-ups, and action tracking.
  • Assist with the coordination of team activities, stakeholder meetings, engagement events, and onboarding logistics.
  • Raise purchase orders and support documentation for finance and procurement processes as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to the broader team and contribute to the smooth execution of day-to-day operations.
  • Complete any other administrative tasks as assigned by leadership.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with SharePoint is an advantage
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities
