About the role
- To function as a civil designer on various infrastructure projects with a focus on detail design for municipal/linear infrastructure projects
- Preparation of preliminary and detail design covering all facets of Civil engineering
- Coordination with CAD standards group to maintain standards
- Design coordination with other design disciplines
- Assist junior and intermediate designers with design and software questions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or College diploma in Transportation Planning, Civil Engineering, or Engineering Technology with a focus on Transportation or Municipal
- 7+ or more years of experience that includes technical and business development experience in road design, municipal and civil engineering and transportation planning
- Ability in AutoCAD and CIVIL3D at an advanced level is required
- Municipal geometric design standards and GIS is beneficial
