About the role
- Serve as the main point of contact for several clients, working directly with them to understand their needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
- Leverage your network and relationships to grow existing business and acquire new clients.
- Collaborate closely with client account teams to support business development efforts, create account plans, and strengthen client relationships.
- Negotiate critical issues with clients, build strategic partnerships, and ensure a collaborative approach to project delivery.
- Develop and mentor local teams strategically positioning them for success in both new and ongoing pursuits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering, with a focus on water/wastewater engineering.
- 15 years of sales and business development experience within the municipal water and wastewater market
- California Professional Engineering License.
