About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Read and technically analyze historical environmental documents, including Preliminary Licenses (LP), Installation Licenses (LI), Operating Licenses (LO), renewals, revalidations, conditions, environmental authorizations, water-use permits, and other regulatory instruments
  • Identify and classify licensing documents
  • Assess documentary compliance with environmental legislation
  • Map relationships among processes, licenses, and conditions
  • Support the preparation of technical reports and recommendations to improve environmental document management
  • Technically validate structured information for data migration and governance
  • Locate historical documentation and update licensing information in the client’s license management system

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Geology, Geography, or related fields
  • 1–2 years of experience
  • Hybrid work model in Belo Horizonte
  • Previous knowledge of environmental licensing is a plus
  • Proficiency with digital tools is a plus
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Work closely with the Digital team on the client’s license management system
