About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide technical and design support for water, wastewater, or industrial projects as part of a team
- Perform fieldwork to support data collection
- Correspond with project managers, project teams, and clients
- Develop results and documentation for sharing with project managers and clients at meetings
- Engage in a variety of market sectors with guidance from the existing team
- Work on multiple unique assignments simultaneously

Requirements
What you’ll need- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering degree
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Prior internship experience in a consulting engineering firm or municipal work environment (preferred)
- Experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit (preferred)
- Ability to perform fieldwork and support data collection
- Ability to correspond with project managers, project teams, and clients
- Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously
- Strong communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset
- Dependability and proactive ownership of tasks
- Must be willing to work in a hybrid arrangement in the Syracuse, NY office
