Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and inspire project teams, supporting development, sharing best practice and fostering collaboration and excellence
Own project budgets, forecasting and financial reporting
Deliver multiple projects and programmes while balancing quality, cost and schedule objectives
Provide strategic advice on risk management, governance, compliance and healthcare sector requirements
Identify and manage project risks, issues and opportunities
Use project and commercial data to inform decisions and improve outcomes
Champion innovation and continuous improvement
Coordinate expertise across Arcadis for each project
Build trusted client relationships and support repeat business and future opportunities
Lead projects from concept through completion across healthcare, education and laboratory environments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience successfully managing projects from inception through to completion
Healthcare sector experience is highly desirable, ideally including ProCure22, ProCure23 or similar healthcare capital programmes
Excellent client relationship, stakeholder management and communication skills
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in a relevant discipline
Professional qualification and/or chartered status
Valid CSCS card
