About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute lifecycle marketing campaigns end-to-end across multiple channels, including coding, QA, and campaign deployment
  • Implement A/B tests supporting experimentation and business objectives
  • Collaborate with Technology, Creative, Merchandising, and Community Marketing teams to deliver high-impact campaigns
  • Coordinate and execute omnichannel communication strategies in partnership with Retail teams
  • Track and report lifecycle marketing KPIs, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Support the regional Lifecycle Marketing & CRM team with process documentation and operational efficiency initiatives
  • Support email acquisition strategies, including A/B testing and reporting
  • Support communication strategies on app push and SMS channels
  • Support coordination of the email campaign calendar

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 1+ year’s experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or retention marketing
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating in daily meetings and standups
  • Ability to effectively manage projects, schedules, asset delivery, scope changes, and resources
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience configuring/managing lifecycle marketing campaigns, wireframe automation, and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, and Figma
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and processes
  • Understanding of email creative and template best practices, segmentation, dynamic content, and A/B testing methodologies
  • Highly skilled in Figma, HTML, CSS, and UX design practices
  • Customer-focused mindset
