About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and implement training initiatives across the region (France & Italy).
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify training needs, patterns and trends.
  • Develop, maintain and implement training initiatives in collaboration with other departments.
  • Lead training activities related to new store openings (NSO).
  • Be responsible for planning the annual training calendar for your region.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Business, Project Management or a related field, with more than 3 years' experience in retail management, training, or retail operations/support roles.
  • Proven experience designing, delivering and rolling out high-impact training programs that meet or exceed performance objectives.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization; fluent in French and English (Italian is a plus).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and SharePoint.
  • Experience supporting store openings within an integrated retail environment, with high availability for travel.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and strong sense of accountability, with high adaptability in dynamic and ambiguous environments.
  • Ability to work independently while promoting collaboration, continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Passion for retail, talent development, and outdoor activities.
