Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the main point of contact and relationship owner for PRO Strategic accounts
  • Support the business by understanding the accounts needs and identifying opportunities
  • Respond to in-season and pre-season opportunities, building relationships, and delivering account support
  • Provide regular market-level insights into the current and future financial performance
  • Understand the mission and needs of your accounts to offer solutions
  • Develop in depth, long-range regional/account plans and model forecast for partners
  • Collaborate with PRO leadership and support with building and implementing dealer packages
  • Foster collaboration with the Business Development and Service & Operations team
  • Share account feedback and identify pro market trends to influence product line

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of solution-based sales experience in a related field
  • Understanding the problem you are solving for the customer
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, ERP (e.g. SAP) and CRM (e.g. Salesforce) software
  • Willing and able to travel internationally, comprising up to 15% of designated work hours
  • Confident managing multiple priorities with specific deadlines
  • Curious and proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
  • Highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
  • Able to balance autonomy and collaboration
  • Inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
