About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Operationalize and evolve the downstream Innovation-to-Consumer (I2C) operating model within the Regions
  • Ensure seamless integration between Global functions and in-region execution teams
  • Translate enterprise operating frameworks into consistent, scalable, and effective regional practices
  • Enable high-quality, on-time seasonal delivery across Product, Brand/Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Commercial
  • Drive clarity across regional inputs, outputs, decision points, and ways of working
  • Champion process excellence by identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve workflows
  • Enhance speed to market, decision quality, and operational effectiveness
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders leading deep dives and workshops, defining critical paths
  • Drive alignment between Global operating frameworks and Regional execution
  • Embedding operating rhythms aligned to the enterprise I2C calendar, milestones, and decision points
  • Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and friction points across teams and drive solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of experience in operations, consulting, or a similar environment
  • Strong business acumen in global, matrixed environments
  • Experience in consumer goods, retail, or apparel is an asset
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Effective and efficient time management skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent understanding of the I2C process
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills
  • Proficient in Adobe, Microsoft Office, and SmartSheets or similar project management tools
  • Willing and able to travel within regions for tradeshows, presentations, meetings, consumer events, etc.
  • Proactive in identifying root causes of issues and developing solutions
  • Highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
  • Ability to balance autonomy and collaboration
  • Ability to inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
  • Strong drive for seeking the best solutions with an unwavering commitment to do what is right
