About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for strategic planning and execution of in-season allocation and replenishment strategies
- Oversee inventory level management to ensure stores have the right amount of relevant products
- Partner with leadership team and take on strategic, business driving thinking and projects
- Drive sales by mitigating inventory risks and finding the balance of product quantity across stores
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5 years of experience in inventory planning, exit planning, allocations or relevant supply chain role
- Experience with lifecycle management, weeks of supply, sell-through, and store grading
- Experience managing store and/or online inventory flows, with understanding of markdowns and promotional environments
- Hands-on experience with advanced planning software such as o9 Solutions, Blue Yonder, Anaplan, or Oracle
- Strong analytical skills to investigate, troubleshoot, audit and/or resolve complex issues in scenarios with uncertainty and ambiguity
- Strong time management skills; effective under competing priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a people-facing role
- Strong professional English proficiency, any other European language is a plus
- Highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
- Effective balance of autonomy and collaboration
