About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for the strategic planning and execution of in-season allocation and replenishment strategies
  • Oversee inventory level management to ensure that stores have the right amount of relevant products available
  • Support and partner with the leadership team
  • Manage the overall Allocation process for EMEA brand stores
  • Collaborate with the Allocations Leadership team
  • Work with Retail Allocations Analysts and Retail Allocations Lead
  • Support mentorship and coaching of Analyst peers
  • Analyze store level inventory and sales to determine trends
  • Make recommendations on assortment and product based on sales data and feedback
  • Identify and highlight any concerns in inventory levels
  • Communicate with the store fleet regarding product flow
  • Work collaboratively across functional teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years in a planning, allocations, or merchandising environment
  • An interest in following the pathway to a formal leadership role
  • A strong understanding of the European Retail market, ideally in the Outdoor industry
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, ever changing retail environment
  • Ability to identify and communicate key business insights to management and peers
  • Strong data analysis skills and a good understanding of Microsoft Excel
  • Love of retail and an ability to always stay consumer focused
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong professional English proficiency, any other European language is a plus
  • Highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
  • Proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
  • Commitment to finding the best solutions with an unwavering commitment to do what is right
  • Drive for continuous improvement of all Merchandising and Allocations analysis processes.
