Key responsibilities & impact

Support the Buy Ready process throughout the Product Lifecycle
Assist the finished goods Sourcing team to achieve cost and margin targets
Maintain vendor relationships and meet supply chain requirements
Scale skilled, capable manufacturing base
Learn and/or use technology including Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Centric PLM system, Smartsheet, Power BI

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed at least 2 years of post-secondary education in business, supply chain management or related field
Knowledge or desire to understand soft product/apparel construction
Understanding of the product lifecycle – from ideation to consumer
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, both internally and externally
Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks within tight deadlines
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
Highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
Effectively balance autonomy and collaboration
