About the role
- As the Senior Manager, Specialty Sales - USA you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping the future of Arc’teryx’s Specialty Wholesale business across the US.
- You will be a strategic advisor and cross-functional partner, guiding how our brand shows up in specialty retail environments in the US in Snow, Trail & Climb.
- You will lead, coach and develop a team of Territory Managers to execute on the US Specialty strategy to ensure our product, storytelling, and service are aligned with the long-term strategic plan.
- Your leadership will help shape the future of wholesale in the US, ensuring that every guest interaction reflects the Arc’teryx brand values and community.
Requirements
- You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- You have 8+ years of related experience, specifically with exceptional people leadership and best in class strategic account management
- You have experience in all forms of distribution including owned retail development and growth, partnership branded retail, and wholesale development
- You have a passion for best-in-class service and delivering an exceptional experience for guests
- You are a strong communicator in both written and verbal communication and can formulate and articulate strategies and concepts
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and are comfortable dealing with diverse personalities
- You are a strong advisor with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at a global level
- You have excellent organizational skills, analytical ability, and a track record of strategic planning
- You have excellent decision-making skills and are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
- You seek the best (sometimes not the easiest) solutions with unwavering commitment
- You are willing and available to travel, and work weekends or holidays, depending on the needs of the business.
