About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • As the Strategy Lead, you excel at turning complex strategic ideas into clear, compelling presentations and content that inspire, inform and drive alignment and decision making across the business.
  • This role sits at the intersection of business Strategy, Brand, and creative storytelling, supporting both the Chief Brand Officer and the Strategy organization.
  • You will develop executive level presentations and materials that articulate priorities, clarify decisions, and elevate how we share strategy across the organization.
  • You combine strong business acumen with narrative and design sensibility, enabling leaders to communicate with clarity, impact, and purpose.
  • The Strategy & Enterprise PMO team partners with the executive leadership team in the development, prioritization, and oversight of our company strategies, working cross-functionally across the business to ensure attainment of our long-term strategic objectives and goals.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in business, strategy, or related field
  • You have 4+ years of post university experience in brand strategy, consulting, marketing, communications, or strategic storytelling roles
  • You have a proven track record developing presentations and narratives for senior/executive audiences
  • You have experience supporting or partnering with senior leaders in fastmoving or high growth environments
  • You are an exceptional storyteller with strong narrative structuring, communication, and writing skills
  • You have strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities; able to synthesize complex information quickly
  • You have a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and executive presence
  • You have strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills
  • You have a creative sensibility and an eye for design, visual flow, and narrative cohesion.
  • You have familiarity with design tools (PowerPoint, Figma, Illustrator), collaboration software (e.g. Miro) and working with creative teams
  • Ideally, you have experience in consumer brands, retail, or brand driven organizations and/or a background in management consulting or brand strategy
  • You have strong skills in workflow organization and efficiency in order to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
  • You are agile in your approach to adapt to ever changing evolution of our business needs
  • You have excellent ability to inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
