About the role
- As the Strategy Lead, you excel at turning complex strategic ideas into clear, compelling presentations and content that inspire, inform and drive alignment and decision making across the business.
- This role sits at the intersection of business Strategy, Brand, and creative storytelling, supporting both the Chief Brand Officer and the Strategy organization.
- You will develop executive level presentations and materials that articulate priorities, clarify decisions, and elevate how we share strategy across the organization.
- You combine strong business acumen with narrative and design sensibility, enabling leaders to communicate with clarity, impact, and purpose.
- The Strategy & Enterprise PMO team partners with the executive leadership team in the development, prioritization, and oversight of our company strategies, working cross-functionally across the business to ensure attainment of our long-term strategic objectives and goals.
Requirements
- You have a bachelor’s degree in business, strategy, or related field
- You have 4+ years of post university experience in brand strategy, consulting, marketing, communications, or strategic storytelling roles
- You have a proven track record developing presentations and narratives for senior/executive audiences
- You have experience supporting or partnering with senior leaders in fastmoving or high growth environments
- You are an exceptional storyteller with strong narrative structuring, communication, and writing skills
- You have strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities; able to synthesize complex information quickly
- You have a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and executive presence
- You have strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills
- You have a creative sensibility and an eye for design, visual flow, and narrative cohesion.
- You have familiarity with design tools (PowerPoint, Figma, Illustrator), collaboration software (e.g. Miro) and working with creative teams
- Ideally, you have experience in consumer brands, retail, or brand driven organizations and/or a background in management consulting or brand strategy
- You have strong skills in workflow organization and efficiency in order to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- You are agile in your approach to adapt to ever changing evolution of our business needs
- You have excellent ability to inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
