About the role

  • Partnering with Supply Chain and Merchandising leaders to identify capability gaps and development priorities
  • Adapting and delivering global capability frameworks into targeted training programs for operational and merchandising excellence
  • Building and managing learning solutions that strengthen analytical, operational, and market-facing skills
  • Coordinating with external vendors, facilitators, and SMEs to execute functional learning programs
  • Tracking and measuring program effectiveness, providing clear reporting to leaders
  • Supporting leaders in embedding functional development into team practices and performance goals
  • Acting as a bridge between the global Functional Development team and Supply Chain & Merchandising functions
