About the role
- Partnering with Supply Chain and Merchandising leaders to identify capability gaps and development priorities
- Adapting and delivering global capability frameworks into targeted training programs for operational and merchandising excellence
- Building and managing learning solutions that strengthen analytical, operational, and market-facing skills
- Coordinating with external vendors, facilitators, and SMEs to execute functional learning programs
- Tracking and measuring program effectiveness, providing clear reporting to leaders
- Supporting leaders in embedding functional development into team practices and performance goals
- Acting as a bridge between the global Functional Development team and Supply Chain & Merchandising functions
Requirements
- You are skilled at program design and delivery, with experience in supply chain, merchandising, or operational contexts
- You are adept at simplifying complex frameworks into actionable solutions for teams
- You are a strong communicator and relationship builder across technical and business functions
