About the role
- Develop and implement training and change enablement strategies and plans supporting End to End Planning transformation
- Lead design, development, implementation, evaluation, and ongoing improvement of training programs for global rollout and sustainment of a new advanced planning system
- Drive End to End Planning training and change enablement initiatives across multiple business areas, particularly Supply Chain and Merchandising
- Define business user roles and complete regional and global role-to-position maps
- Collaborate with business leaders to guide development and execution of change initiatives related to End to End Planning
- Ensure training and change enablement activities are integrated into project plans and lead their implementation considering interdependencies and timing
- Assess change impact by identifying stakeholders, determining change readiness, and conducting analyses
- Assess training and readiness needs, build and deploy role-based training, and implement design and delivery of appropriate solutions
- Own creation and delivery of training and change communications
- Partner with business leaders and system integration partners in design and definition of organizational structures and roles
- Lead, coach, and engage support for change sponsors, agents, and champions
- Establish key metrics to measure success and monitor change progress
- Enhance individual and organizational readiness to drive sustained growth and adaptability
- Enable change by leveraging internal resources and ensuring alignment to strategic objectives
Requirements
- Ideally 5+ years relevant experience in a business environment, preferably end to end planning, Supply Chain, and/or Merchandising
- Demonstrated experience in a change management or technology transformation role, preferably in large-scale organizational change
- May have direct retail experience
- Proven experience and knowledge of change management principles, training methodologies, and tools
- Strong familiarity with Agile methodology in a technology environment
- Deep understanding of how individuals experience change and the change process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to tailor communications to varied audiences
- Ability to work effectively with all levels, influence and motivate others
- Proactive in identifying root cause of issues, developing solutions, and determining actions with minimal direction
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines
- Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational challenges
- Highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
- Able to balance autonomy and collaboration
