About the role
- Deliver a best-in-class brand experience to guests through sharing technical product knowledge and supporting problem solving
- Build a strong understanding of Arc’teryx products and integrate product information into guest interactions
- Champion Arc’teryx as a brand ambassador both in-store and in the community
- Support store leadership on projects and brand initiatives to elevate guest experience
- Provide feedback on merchandising and in-store experience to help drive sales
- Maintain collaborative relationships with team and store leadership and participate in store tasks as assigned
- Answer store phones and respond to voicemails and store emails; occasionally respond on Epicenter social media channels
- Utilize Point-of-Sale system to accurately process transactions, warranties, Used Gear trade-ins, purchases, and returns
- Receive and unpack boxes for inventory as required (boxes can weigh 5 - 30 lbs)
Requirements
- Bilingual - English/Mandarin (position title indicates bilingual requirement)
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Product knowledge and ability to recommend products based on guest needs
- Experience using Point-of-Sale systems and processing transactions, warranties, trade-ins, purchases, and returns
- Ability to answer store phones, respond to voicemails and store emails, and occasionally respond on Epicenter social media channels
- Ability to receive and unpack boxes for inventory (boxes can weigh 5 - 30 lbs)
- Self-motivated, problem solving, flexible and adaptable
- Availability to work Black Friday and holiday season, and minimum one open, one close and one weekend shift each week
- Availability to work Full Time (30-40 hours) or Part Time (10-30 hours) depending on role
