About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- In addition to providing therapy services, the Associate Clinical Director partners with the Clinical Director and practice leadership team to support ethical, compliant, and high-quality care in accordance with company policies and applicable regulatory and professional standards.
- Serve as an operational leader focused on provider onboarding, supervision support, clinician development, training delivery, and follow-through on quality improvement initiatives established by Clinical Leadership.
- Train new clinicians on documentation principles, clinical standards, and organizational policies and conduct ongoing performance reviews.
- Provide individual and peer coaching to clinicians to support professional growth, clinical excellence, and ethical practice.
- Ensure compliance with BBS standards for supervision, ethical practice, and clinical documentation in conjunction with Clinical Director and Leadership team.
- Provide therapy services to a caseload of clients, maintaining a clinical caseload of 12-15 clients per week.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Active, unrestricted licensure as a therapist in the state of California.
- Proven experience in clinical supervision and team management.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.
- Dedication to maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
- Knowledge of diverse therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.
