About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

In addition to providing therapy services, the Associate Clinical Director partners with the Clinical Director and practice leadership team to support ethical, compliant, and high-quality care in accordance with company policies and applicable regulatory and professional standards.
Serve as an operational leader focused on provider onboarding, supervision support, clinician development, training delivery, and follow-through on quality improvement initiatives established by Clinical Leadership.
Train new clinicians on documentation principles, clinical standards, and organizational policies and conduct ongoing performance reviews.
Provide individual and peer coaching to clinicians to support professional growth, clinical excellence, and ethical practice.
Ensure compliance with BBS standards for supervision, ethical practice, and clinical documentation in conjunction with Clinical Director and Leadership team.
Provide therapy services to a caseload of clients, maintaining a clinical caseload of 12-15 clients per week.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
Active, unrestricted licensure as a therapist in the state of California.
Proven experience in clinical supervision and team management.
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.
Dedication to maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
Knowledge of diverse therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.
