About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs, develop individualized treatment plans, monitor client progress, and provide relevant education.
- Provide individual outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities.
- Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals.
- Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation.
- Following company policies, professional conduct standards, and all applicable laws and regulations.
- Make referrals to other health professionals and community members as needed.
- Attend internal and/or external continuing education courses to stay updated on best practices.
- Participate in credentialing processes, including CAQH.
- Exceptional clinical and boundary-setting skills along with expertise in therapy processes and treatment modalities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team productively and effectively.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's Degree from an accredited program in a counseling-related field, such as Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology
- Licensed or Licensed Eligible as one of the following: LPCC, LICSW, LP or LMFT in the state of Minnesota and in good standing with the Licensing Board
- One or more of the following populations: Children/Adolescents, Trauma, Neurodivergence (ADHD and ASD), Adults, Elderly, etc.
