About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs, develop individualized treatment plans, monitor client progress, and provide relevant education.
Provide individual outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities.
Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals.
Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation.
Following company policies, professional conduct standards, and all applicable laws and regulations.
Make referrals to other health professionals and community members as needed.
Attend internal and/or external continuing education courses to stay updated on best practices.
Participate in credentialing processes, including CAQH.
Exceptional clinical and boundary-setting skills along with expertise in therapy processes and treatment modalities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team productively and effectively.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's Degree from an accredited program in a counseling-related field, such as Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology
Licensed or Licensed Eligible as one of the following: LPCC, LICSW, LP or LMFT in the state of Minnesota and in good standing with the Licensing Board
One or more of the following populations: Children/Adolescents, Trauma, Neurodivergence (ADHD and ASD), Adults, Elderly, etc.
