About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with the Director of Infrastructure to design, implement, and manage systems and processes that support ARC Health’s infrastructure and security objectives, fostering a reliable and secure technical environment.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external resources to ensure the infrastructure meets current security standards, adapts to evolving security requirements, and aligns with industry best practices.
  • Maintain productive relationships with external IT vendors and service providers, ensuring that their goals align with ARC Health’s objectives and that infrastructure projects are executed seamlessly.
  • Oversee the consistency, accessibility, and ease of use of desktop solutions for all employees, including efficient management of help-desk operations to provide prompt support.
  • Continuously monitor the performance of infrastructure and support services, implementing process improvements to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with IT leadership, business unit leaders, and service providers to identify and implement strategic solutions that boost operational effectiveness and cost efficiency.
  • Establish and nurture strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and organizational leaders to foster collaboration and ensure alignment on technology initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Infrastructure, contributing to the overall success of ARC Health’s infrastructure goals.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in managing and supporting complex IT environments, demonstrating a strong record of operational success.
  • Proven project management skills with meticulous attention to detail, capable of handling multiple projects effectively.
  • Skilled in managing vendor relationships for infrastructure services and solutions, including reviewing contracts, statements of work, and other related documents.
  • In-depth understanding of current technology trends, including cloud computing and automation, and their influence on IT operations and service delivery.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact and build relationships with staff at all levels within the organization.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or comparable software, with the ability to leverage these tools in day-to-day tasks.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a critical approach to troubleshooting and improvement.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Adherence to ethical guidelines, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and following HIPAA standards.
