About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with the Director of Infrastructure to design, implement, and manage systems and processes that support ARC Health’s infrastructure and security objectives, fostering a reliable and secure technical environment.
Work closely with internal teams and external resources to ensure the infrastructure meets current security standards, adapts to evolving security requirements, and aligns with industry best practices.
Maintain productive relationships with external IT vendors and service providers, ensuring that their goals align with ARC Health’s objectives and that infrastructure projects are executed seamlessly.
Oversee the consistency, accessibility, and ease of use of desktop solutions for all employees, including efficient management of help-desk operations to provide prompt support.
Continuously monitor the performance of infrastructure and support services, implementing process improvements to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Partner with IT leadership, business unit leaders, and service providers to identify and implement strategic solutions that boost operational effectiveness and cost efficiency.
Establish and nurture strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and organizational leaders to foster collaboration and ensure alignment on technology initiatives.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Infrastructure, contributing to the overall success of ARC Health’s infrastructure goals.

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in managing and supporting complex IT environments, demonstrating a strong record of operational success.
Proven project management skills with meticulous attention to detail, capable of handling multiple projects effectively.
Skilled in managing vendor relationships for infrastructure services and solutions, including reviewing contracts, statements of work, and other related documents.
In-depth understanding of current technology trends, including cloud computing and automation, and their influence on IT operations and service delivery.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact and build relationships with staff at all levels within the organization.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or comparable software, with the ability to leverage these tools in day-to-day tasks.
Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a critical approach to troubleshooting and improvement.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines consistently.
Adherence to ethical guidelines, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and following HIPAA standards.
