About the role
- Provide therapy and assessment services in a private, outpatient, group practice
- Develop a personal brand and defined niche for clients
- Work with the team to promote mental health awareness in our community

Requirements
- Must be a * fully licensed* LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT, PhD
- Must be willing to see children, adolescents and adults
- Minimum of 2-3 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
- Experience providing therapy in private practice, outpatient, or community mental health settings
- Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT)
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
- Experience with EHR systems for documentation
