Temporary Human Resources Business Partner – 4 month assignment
Arc PartnershipTemporary Human Resources Business Partner supporting payroll processing and HR functions at ARC Health Partners. Collaborating with leadership, maintaining personnel files, and supporting onboarding tasks remotely.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Attend interdepartmental meetings as needed.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and department heads to ensure alignment with position needs.
- Monitor all HR communications ensuring timely and professional delivery to the responsible party.
- Maintain secure physical and digital personnel files in compliance with legal and organizational standards, including but not limited to: personnel documents, benefits information, and attendance records.
- Manage and implement payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely compensation for all employees.
- Support VP of HR with onboarding tasks for any new hires.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required (strong preference to be in a business, finance, or HR-related field)
- Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams
- Experience with HRIS and other HR-related software.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaboratively, both written and verbal
