About the role
- Provide high-quality psychotherapy to a diverse community of kids, teens, and high-functioning adults
- Conduct telehealth therapy sessions and maintain client confidentiality
- Manage and maintain a caseload of at least 12 clients
- Build strong therapeutic relationships and support client growth
- Participate in peer support groups, consultations, and clinical coaching
- Collaborate with clinical leadership and engage in professional development opportunities
- Utilize curated client matches and focus on meaningful therapist-client relationships
- Potentially provide supervision, evaluations, and other paid services as additional revenue opportunities
Requirements
- Master's Degree from an accredited program in a counseling-related field (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Psychology)
- Valid licensure/credential as one of: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD)
- Ability to manage a caseload of at least 12 clients
- Warm, empathetic, and skilled at building strong therapeutic relationships
- Equipped to provide confidential telehealth services with the necessary technology
- Committed to continuous professional growth and learning
- Self-starter mindset with flexibility and a focus on providing excellent client care
- Ability to work as a 1099 contractor
