Provide high-quality psychotherapy to a diverse community of kids, teens, and high-functioning adults
Conduct telehealth therapy sessions and maintain client confidentiality
Manage and maintain a caseload of at least 12 clients
Build strong therapeutic relationships and support client growth
Participate in peer support groups, consultations, and clinical coaching
Collaborate with clinical leadership and engage in professional development opportunities
Utilize curated client matches and focus on meaningful therapist-client relationships
Potentially provide supervision, evaluations, and other paid services as additional revenue opportunities
Requirements
Master's Degree from an accredited program in a counseling-related field (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Psychology)
Valid licensure/credential as one of: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD)
Ability to manage a caseload of at least 12 clients
Warm, empathetic, and skilled at building strong therapeutic relationships
Equipped to provide confidential telehealth services with the necessary technology
Committed to continuous professional growth and learning
Self-starter mindset with flexibility and a focus on providing excellent client care
