About the role

  • Host and complete documentation for Intake and Psychotherapy Sessions
  • Meet with 16 or more clients per week (both in person and online)
  • Attend weekly supervision
  • Provide mental health therapy services to clients ages 9 through adulthood
  • Collaborate with administrative and billing teams

Requirements

  • Master's Degree from an accredited program in a counseling-related field, such as Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Licensed as an LMHCA or an LMFTA
  • Ability to maintain adequate Professional Liability Insurance coverage.
  • Manual dexterity to operate office equipment.
  • May require long periods of sitting and standing.
  • Must have normal or corrected vision and be able to clearly communicate verbally by phone or in person.
  • Good communication skills and emotional resilience to provide support to patients facing mental health challenges.
  • Must currently reside in the state of Washington and have the ability to commute to a Dayspring Behavioral Health office 2-4 days per week.
