About the role
- Host and complete documentation for Intake and Psychotherapy Sessions
- Meet with 16 or more clients per week (both in person and online)
- Attend weekly supervision
- Provide mental health therapy services to clients ages 9 through adulthood
- Collaborate with administrative and billing teams
Requirements
- Master's Degree from an accredited program in a counseling-related field, such as Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
- Licensed as an LMHCA or an LMFTA
- Ability to maintain adequate Professional Liability Insurance coverage.
- Manual dexterity to operate office equipment.
- May require long periods of sitting and standing.
- Must have normal or corrected vision and be able to clearly communicate verbally by phone or in person.
- Good communication skills and emotional resilience to provide support to patients facing mental health challenges.
- Must currently reside in the state of Washington and have the ability to commute to a Dayspring Behavioral Health office 2-4 days per week.
