Requirements
Master's Degree from an accredited program in a counseling-related field (Social Work, Counseling, Psychology)
Valid licensure/credential as one of: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD)
Ability to manage a caseload of at least 12 clients
Equipped to provide confidential telehealth services with necessary technology
Warm, empathetic, and skilled at building strong therapeutic relationships
Committed to continuous professional growth and learning
Self-starter mindset with flexibility and focus on providing excellent client care
