About the role
- Provide high-quality psychotherapy to a diverse community of kids, teens, and high-functioning adults
- Curated client matching to ensure good fit and reduce burnout
- Deliver confidential telehealth services
- Design a flexible schedule and manage a caseload (minimum ~12 clients)
- Participate in peer support groups, consultations, and community events
- Engage with clinical support coaches and collaborate with peer groups
- Opportunity to provide supervision, evaluations, and professional development for additional revenue
Requirements
- Master's Degree from an accredited program in a counseling-related field (Social Work, Counseling, Psychology)
- Valid licensure/credential as one of: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD)
- Ability to manage a caseload of at least 12 clients
- Equipped to provide confidential telehealth services with necessary technology
- Warm, empathetic, and skilled at building strong therapeutic relationships
- Committed to continuous professional growth and learning
- Self-starter mindset with flexibility and focus on providing excellent client care
