About the role

  • Provide psychotherapy to kids, teens, and high-functioning adults
  • Curate client matches and build therapeutic relationships
  • Offer telehealth services and possibly in-person services (clinic-owned private practice)
  • Participate in peer support groups, consultations, and clinical supervision from Clinical Support Coaches
  • Potentially provide supervision, evaluations, and professional development offerings

Requirements

  • Master's Degree from an accredited program in a counseling-related field (Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology)
  • Valid licensure/credential as LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD)
  • Ability to manage a caseload of at least 12 clients
  • Warm, empathetic, and skilled at building strong therapeutic relationships
  • Equipped to provide confidential telehealth services with the necessary technology
  • Committed to continuous professional growth and learning
  • Self-starter with flexibility and focus on excellent client care
