About the role
- Provide psychotherapy to kids, teens, and high-functioning adults
- Curate client matches and build therapeutic relationships
- Offer telehealth services and possibly in-person services (clinic-owned private practice)
- Participate in peer support groups, consultations, and clinical supervision from Clinical Support Coaches
- Potentially provide supervision, evaluations, and professional development offerings
Requirements
- Master's Degree from an accredited program in a counseling-related field (Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology)
- Valid licensure/credential as LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD)
- Ability to manage a caseload of at least 12 clients
- Warm, empathetic, and skilled at building strong therapeutic relationships
- Equipped to provide confidential telehealth services with the necessary technology
- Committed to continuous professional growth and learning
- Self-starter with flexibility and focus on excellent client care
