- Therapist-owned private practice providing psychotherapy to kids, teens and high-functioning adults Curated client matches to ensure good fit Access to 5 dedicated Clinical Support Coaches and 5 active peer groups Flexible scheduling, clinical freedom, minimal paperwork, and peer support Opportunities for supervision, evaluations, professional development, and additional revenue streams EMDR training program and therapist self-care program (live guided meditations twice a week)
Requirements
- Master's Degree from an accredited program in a counseling-related field Valid licensure/credential as LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or Psychologist (PsyD/PhD) Ability to manage a caseload of at least 12 clients Warm, empathetic, skilled at building therapeutic relationships Equipped to provide confidential telehealth services with necessary technology Committed to continuous professional growth and learning Self-starter mindset with flexibility and focus on excellent client care
