- Apply strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to manage property claims

- Handle claims from inception to resolution
- Review and determine proper policy coverages
- Identify fraud and recovery opportunities
- Engage and monitor the work of outside vendors
Requirements
- At least 1-3 years of homeowner and/or commercial property liability claims experience
- Applicable state adjuster license where required and in good standing
- Functional knowledge of claims handling concepts, practices, and techniques
- Knowledge of law and insurance regulations in various jurisdictions
- Advanced experience adopting and using new software and tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Xactimate and/or Cotality experience: Highly preferred
- Flexibility: Able to work extended hours due to weather-related events
