About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Turn dense actuarial and financial output into clear interfaces, including data tables, charts, and exports that withstand real-world data volumes and actuarial scrutiny
- Build customer-facing and internal interfaces in the Next.js and React application for designing and monitoring value-based care contracts
- Design and implement API routes powering product features and handling complex healthcare data
- Own features end to end, from design through production
- Work closely with Product, Design, and actuarial science teams to implement models and designs
- Write tests and review teammates’ code
- Help maintain a high-quality, maintainable codebase
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of professional full-stack development experience
- Track record of shipping features to production that real users depend on
- Strong fundamentals in TypeScript, Python, and React
- Understanding of component design, state, and rendering behavior
- Ability to work entrepreneurially: self-motivated, ambitious, and comfortable in a rapidly changing, ambiguous start-up environment
- Prior healthcare experience is a plus
- Startup experience is a plus
- Fluency with AI coding tools
