About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee daily cash positioning and manage short-term liquidity to ensure the organization meets its operational needs.
Administer bank accounts (opening, closing, maintenance, user set up and entitlements), manage banking platforms, execute wire transfers and other payments.
Responsible for ensuring all U.S. vendor disbursements are timely and accurately paid and recorded in GL.
Treasury team is responsible for recording all cash transactions for multiple legal entities in multiple countries into the general ledger on a timely basis.
Drive the short- and medium-term cash flow forecasting process, collecting data from various subsidiaries to provide consolidated company-wide cash projections.
Manage further consolidation of the Treasury function amongst newly acquired companies and foreign subsidiaries.
Lead, mentor, and provide guidance to the treasury team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement while ensuring high-quality work and professional development.
Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes and procedures.
Participate in and lead special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis as requested.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum of 7-8 years of progressive experience in cash management, treasury, banking or related financial analysis roles, including 2-3 years in a leadership or supervisory role
Experience working with multinational organizations and various currencies
Proficiency with large ERP systems is essential; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus.
Strong computer skills including advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as a focus on continuous improvement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Able to efficiently manage workload and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
