Requirements

What you’ll need

5–10 years of experience in management/operations consulting, technology consulting, agentic transformation, or related fields.
Experience leading complex business or technology transformation initiatives.
Strong business case development, modeling, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities.
Team player driven by business value creation who engages across organizational design, technical architecture, and agentic AI implementation.
Experience with AI, automation, or enterprise technology implementations.
Familiarity with generative AI, LLMs, agentic systems, workflow automation, and knowledge management platforms.
Experience evaluating and implementing SaaS and enterprise technology solutions.
