Lead, mentor, and manage a team of consulting professionals, providing guidance and support in their career development.
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to provide feedback, set goals, and ensure professional growth.

Support the sales and business development process by identifying new opportunities within existing client accounts and assisting with proposals, RFPs, and presentations.
Collaborate with senior leadership to assist in defining the strategic direction for the EPM consulting practice and identify new service offerings.
Contribute to thought leadership by staying current with industry trends and best practices, and representing the company at conferences, webinars, and networking events.

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience architecting, implementing, and supporting Oracle EPM Data Integrations solutions.
Strong proficiency in Oracle Hyperion EPM Suite (On-Premise and Cloud), including Data Exchange, Financial Data Quality Management Enterprise Edition (FDMEE), SQL and Groovy scripting. Familiarity with Enterprise Data Management (EDM) is highly desirable.
Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams in a consulting or professional services environment.
Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices (PMP or similar certifications are a plus).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both clients and internal teams.
Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering actionable insights and solutions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results under pressure.
