Act as the primary consultant and advisor to clients, ensuring solutions align with their sales performance goals.
Understand client requirements and analyze requests to translate them into independently prepared solutions.
Conduct workshops to gather requirements, present design options, and ensure stakeholder buy-in for proposed solutions.
Provide training for client administrators and end-users on managing SAP Commissions.
Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner for resolving system.
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of experience with SAP Commissions and related SAP technologies.
Proven track record of leading successful SAP Commissions implementations and HANA migrations.
Strategic thinking and ability to align technical solutions with business goals.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Knowledge of software development & implementation life cycles.
Experience with major relational databases (HANA, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)
Proficient in SAP Commissions configuration, including:
Compensation Plan Design: Structuring and configuring incentive compensation plans using SAP model (Credit, Measurement, Incentive, Deposit Rules), defining quotas, Lookup Tables, Rate Tables, Territories, Variables.
Participant Management: Setting up and managing Organizational Data – Participants, Positions, Titles, Hierarchies.
Calculation Engine: Configure and manage pipelines, Stagehook design, build and maintenance.
Plan Document Automation: Configuring automated and customizable participant statements and documents.
SAP HANA migrations.
Data Model: Proficient in SAP database model (Both Oracle and HANA).
Data load experience through multiple technologies: API’s, CDL files, SAP CPI.
