About the role
- Responsible for the successful project delivery management, consulting delivery and on-going support of all projects and services to Argano’s customers
- Manage, be responsible and accountable for the delivery of solutions
- Engage and maintain positive, productive relationships with customers CxO’s
- Provide direction and support to the Solution Delivery Managers
- Collaborate with Project Management to improve Argano Implementation Methodology
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- MBA, relevant master's degree, or PhD expected.
- Proven ability to oversee multiple concurrent consulting engagements
- Proven ability to successfully maintain resource plans for a large, multi-geographical workforce
- Expert-level understanding of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Experience managing managers
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organization skills, with strong attention to detail
- Highly motivated, self-starter
- Ability to travel up to 50%
